How to share WowTo video on Intercom’s Knowledge base

  • Open YouTube in your browser and search for your uploaded WowTo video on your YouTube channel.
  • Choose the video you want to share on your Intercom article and click on the option 'Share.'
  • Click on the option 'copy' to copy the YouTube URL.
  • Log in to your Intercom.From your dashboard, click on the option 'Help Desk' in the side menu.
  • Select an existing article or create a new one.
  • Click on the option 'Embed Video' in the bottom menu bar.
  • Paste the YouTube URL of your WowTo video, and then press 'Enter'
  • Preview your WowTo video before publishing the article.
  • Click the 'Publish' button to save changes and deploy content.
  • Your video is now successfully uploaded to your Intercom article.
